I'm always looking for healthy recipes to try out at home that can be done in 30 minutes or less.
I was so happy to find an Avacado Brownie Recipe that used simple ingredients I already had in my pantry or kitchen.
I prepped and baked this recipe in 30 minutes! It's such a great way to use up ripe avocados (and in our case leftover almond flour from our commercial kitchen that doesn't quite make it through the sifter). We try to waste 0 ingredients when baking. We use ratios to bake so we can adjust our recipe to what we have available. It sounds kind of confusing but it essentially means we use everything! That being said, any recipe with almond flour is a win because it gives me the chance to use something that would have otherwise gone to waste.
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family and I did! I doubled the recipe because 1. I had two avacodes and 2. I had a lot of almond flour :)

- 1 mashed avocado
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut flour (I used almond flour)
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (I used vanilla extract)
Top with dark chocolate chunks and bake for 17-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with pink salt :)
